WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY HANDMADE/CUSTOMISE PRODUCTS?

Each products sold on our site are actually made by hand. We have skilled artisans that help bring our creative visions to life! All products that are "Made-to-Order" are handmade after your order is placed. This means one of our team members is physically stamping, cutting, and sewing your card/scrapbook album for you. True craftsmanship and unbeatable quality in a timely fashion!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we are accepting offline payment i.e. once you confirm your order, we will send you an invoice containing details of your order as well as Bank details. Once you do the payment we will process your order.

HOW DO YOU PROCESS OUR ORDERS?

Once you finalize the product and we receive payment confirmation, we will start customizing the product as per request on it.


Once the product is ready we will dispatch it. ( Typically handmade greeting cards are dispatched within 3 days, Scrapbook Albums dispatched within a week, and Bulk orders depends upon quantity).
 
Delivery time depends on the location which varies between 3 to 6 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are not accepting return as the product is customized just for you.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE PRODUCT DAMAGE?

We are taking more care while packaging and shipping of the product, but anyhow if you receive the courier in damage condition; you should not accept courier from delivery person and immediately contact us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER MAKING PAYMENT?

Apologies but We are not offering cancel/refund policy on a confirm order.
